About the Project
Erasmus+ mobility coordination in Prague
We act as a host organisation and coordination partner for schools and VET providers implementing staff mobility under Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA1). Our role is to deliver predictable, compliant programmes that combine professional development with a grounded understanding of Czech educational practice.
Mandate and alignment
The project is framed within Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (Learning Mobility of Individuals). Activities are aligned with National Agency guidelines, with clear learning outcomes, defined roles, and transparent responsibilities captured in mobility agreements.
Coordination role
We coordinate local arrangements (venues, host institutions, moderation), ensure participant support, and consolidate evidence for reporting. Each visit includes named contact points, daily agendas, and documentation templates.
Compliance focus
Risk assessment, safeguarding, and GDPR-conform handling of participant information are integrated into preparatory steps.
Partnership model
Memoranda of Understanding set out roles for host schools, visiting organisations, and our coordination team.
Quality assurance
Feedback loops with visiting staff and host teachers feed into continuous improvement of agendas and materials.
