Sample 6-day modular core for Erasmus+ KA1 staff mobility. Modules can be re-ordered, repeated, or deepened to build 8–14 day programmes while retaining clear structure, documentation, and reporting. Learning outcomes: improved practice in observation and feedback, inclusive/digital pedagogy, peer exchange, documented reflection, and action planning aligned with KA1 reporting.
Educational strand
Observation, co-reflection, and workshops on curriculum, digital tools, inclusive practice, and assessment.
Cultural strand
Contextual sessions in Prague that frame Czech educational culture and support intercultural competence (non-tourism orientation).
Support services
Pre-arrival briefing, on-site coordination, translation support on request, and a closing evidence package for reporting.
Indicative 6-day core (modular, scalable to 8–14 days)
This sample shows the core sequence. Modules are modular and can be repeated or extended for longer KA1 mobilities (3–10 day core, extendable to 8–14 days) without changing the evidence and reporting flow. The sequence is indicative and subject to host availability; final agendas are confirmed in the mobility agreement.
