VET institutions
Vocational providers focusing on work-based learning, employer engagement, and competency-based assessment.
Teachers and staff
Teachers, support staff, coordinators, and management teams looking for structured peer exchange and reflection.
Eligibility and roles
- Participation requires an active Erasmus+ project grant held by the visiting organisation.
- Mobility agreements define roles for sending and hosting organisations, including safeguarding responsibilities.
- Visiting groups appoint a lead coordinator; we provide a dedicated local contact for the full duration.
- Special requirements (accessibility, dietary, language support) should be flagged during planning to adjust logistics.
- Mobility agreements define safeguarding and logistics responsibilities: the sending institution handles travel/insurance; the host provides on-site safety briefings, venues, and evidence documentation.
